Checking your project(s) progress

1. Project status

Throughout the working process, the project can have the following statuses:

  • Backburner: Preliminary ideas for future consideration.
  • To Do: Projects that the team should tackle soon.
  • In Progress: Active projects currently being worked on by the team.
  • Complete: Finished projects with final assets, if applicable.

Once a project is underway, it will appear on the Dashboard under the 'In progress' status. Additionally, you can review the work progress in the 'Reports' section (if the agency has provided them) and in the 'Projects'.

Upon completion, the project, along with its final assets (if applicable), will be published in the 'Assets' section.

2. Reports and their types

Depending on the scope of work, the agency may optionally provide access to the automatically generated reports.

eShelf offers two types of reporting:

  • Time Reports: Weekly overview of team progress based on time spent per project.
  • Quarterly Planning: Available for clients on the 'Standard' GDS Monthly plan, showing deliverables provided each quarter.
