You’ve been invited to eShelf — what's next?
1. What is an eShelf
eShelf is a self-service portal designed specifically for creative agencies to manage and share their creative assets. As a client, you can use it to monitor the progress of your projects, access all final assets produced for you, and gain insights into the agency’s processes and more.
Here are some key terms to know for using eShelf:

A project includes all materials related to a specific task the agency is working on. For instance, a task to create a demo video would be considered a separate project.

Assets are the final materials produced within a project. For example, a video file meant for your marketing campaign is an asset.

Variations are different versions of a final asset. For instance, a variation might be a video file in a different aspect ratio.

Source files are the working files used to create each variation of an asset.
2. Setup your profile
Use the link sent to you by email to log in.
❕ To join the eShelf team, you should receive an invitation via email. Alternatively, you can log in using your Google account.
Once logged in, click on ‘Avatar’ > ‘My Profile’ to update your profile information if necessary. To change your password, go to 'Account actions' > 'Security' under the profile settings.
